Open Mapping Workshop with Mapbox

Learn about OpenStreetMap, the free open-source mapping platform that people anywhere can improve and edit. We'll hear about ways that OpenStreetMap is used and then sign up for an account and learn how to contribute to the map. In the second half of this workshop, we'll use OpenStreetMap to help a humanitarian effort. Presented by volunteers from Mapbox. Attendees should have basic computer comfort and an e-mail account. Laptops are provided, but feel free to bring your own. If you do bring your own laptop please bring a computer mouse. Space is limited so arrive early to reserve your spot.
