Join us for a special screening during the San Francisco Urban Film Festival that explores the complex political and social roles of murals in cities. This collection of shorts focuses on the different ways that visual and graphic art in the public realm can express and cultivate social capital, and how mural artists around the world engage, provoke and unite the public in a variety of urban contexts. Followed by a discussion with festival producer Robin Abad, mural artist Mona Caron, and Imprint City Executive Director Tyra Fennel.
